Reset Network Password Via MicrosoftOnline Portal (Windows Users)

For WINDOWS users:

AlertYour password must contain at least 14 characters and one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one number, and a special character, and your password expires every 42 DAYS

1---Open the desktop application GlobalProtect and click Connect to sign in to the VPN with the username format firstname.lastname@americanwell.com. (NOTE: If you are physically located in the office and connected to the corporate network, you can skip this step.)



2. In any browser, please go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
      Enter your username firstname.lastname@americanwell.com
  Answer the "CaptCha"
From there it will prompt you to receive a text or phonecall or app notification, once this is satisfied, you will then be able to enter a new password!
